How to Pair Wireless Earbuds via Bluetooth

  1. Open the case and enter pairing mode

    The first time you connect a set of earbuds, open the case and hold down the button on the back or side for a few seconds until the LED starts flashing to signal pairing mode.

  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone or computer

    Open the Bluetooth (or Connected Devices) menu in your settings, turn Bluetooth on, and start scanning for nearby devices.

  3. Select your earbuds from the list

    Find your earbuds' name in the list of discovered devices and select it β€” pairing and connecting will happen automatically.

  4. Switch to a different device

    To use already-paired earbuds with another device, just select them from that device's Bluetooth list; earbuds with multipoint support may switch over automatically.

  5. Reset the connection if pairing fails

    Remove or forget the earbuds from your existing device's Bluetooth list, hold down the reset button on the earbuds themselves, and try pairing again from scratch.

  6. Check battery level and firmware

    If the connection feels unstable, check that both the earbuds and the case have enough charge, and look for a firmware update in the manufacturer's app.

First-time pairing is different from reconnecting

You only need to put your earbuds into search/pairing mode the first time you connect them β€” after that, simply opening the case usually reconnects them automatically to whatever device they were last paired with.

Some earbuds can switch between devices automatically

Earbuds with multipoint support can stay connected to two devices at once, such as your phone and your laptop, and automatically switch playback to whichever one starts making sound β€” handy if you regularly move between devices throughout the day.

If the earbuds are already connected to another device, they may not be able to connect to a new one β€” try turning off Bluetooth on the previously connected device, or put the earbuds back in the case and take them out again before trying.

Can I connect to more than one device at the same time?
