How to Set Slide Transition Effects in PowerPoint

  1. Select the slide to add a transition to

    Click the slide you want to apply an effect to in the slide list on the left.

  2. Open the "Transitions" tab

    Click the Transitions tab on the ribbon.

  3. Choose a transition effect

    Click one of the available effects, such as Push, Fade, or Reveal, to apply it.

  4. Adjust the duration and sound

    In the Timing group, you can adjust how long the transition takes and add a sound effect.

  5. Apply to all slides

    Click "Apply to All" to use the same transition effect across the entire presentation.
