How to Create a Quiz with Google Forms

  1. Turn on Make This a Quiz in settings

    In your Google Form's settings, open the Quizzes tab and turn on "Make this a quiz."

  2. Add your questions

    Add questions in whatever format you need, such as multiple choice or short answer.

  3. Set the answer key and point values

    For each question, click "Answer key" to mark the correct answer and assign points.

  4. Share the form and check auto-graded results

    Once respondents submit, their answers are graded automatically and you can review scores and mistakes right in the Responses tab.
