How to Insert Sparklines (Mini Charts) in Excel

See the trend at a glance, without ever leaving the table, using a tiny chart inside a single cell.

  1. Select the cell for your mini chart

    Click an empty cell where you want the sparkline to appear.

  2. Click "Insert > Sparklines"

    In the Sparklines group on the Insert tab, choose the type you want β€” Line, Column, or Win/Loss.

  3. Set the data range

    Select the range of numeric data whose trend you want to show, then click OK.
