How to Repeat Header Rows on Every Printed Page in Excel

  1. Open the "Page Layout" tab

    Click the "Page Layout" tab on the ribbon.

  2. Click "Print Titles"

    In the "Page Setup" group, click "Print Titles".

  3. Set the "Rows to repeat at top"

    Click the "Rows to repeat at top" field on the "Sheet" tab, then select the row containing your headers (for example, row 1).

  4. Preview and confirm

    Click OK, then check print preview to confirm the header row now repeats at the top of every page.
