How to play

- Get it right and the digit count goes up by one for the next level.
- Get it wrong and the game ends, recording the longest digit count you successfully remembered.
What is "digit span"?
Digit span is a classic short-term memory test that measures the maximum number of items a person can hold in mind at once. Psychologist George Miller's famous 1956 paper found that most people can typically hold about 7Β±2 items (roughly 5 to 9) in short-term memory.
